Population and Migration

We viewed a powerpoint today that talked about many different vocabulary words. Such as: life expectancy, crude birth/death rate, developing nations, developed nations, rate of national increase, immigration, emigration, push/pull forces, and total fertility rate. I also took some notes that I found interesting which are; the current population off the U.S. IS 7+ Billion people, increasing 77 million per year, 145 people are born per minute, 90%of population growth takes place in developing countries, women have a higher life expectancy, the total fertility rate and some statistics.
